What a journey it has been!!!

Friends, In 2017 I started my photography journey. I never could have imagined where the last 9 years would take me. There was a time not so long ago where I dreamed of taking photos and capturing memories and now here I am with hundreds of thousands of photos taken, hard drives full of those images and a heart full of stories to share. I always say it is a blessing to take photos because a person allows you into their private space and you see them through your lens in a way others don’t.

Through my journey I’ve tried many genres of photography and through the years I’ve found the areas I enjoy. Through the years, one thing is for sure, there is nothing that has made me happier than photographing animals. Pet Photography has become a big part of my business and in 2027, I will be fulfilling my dream of focusing on Pet Photography.

I have lots of changes coming in 2027, but first up I will be rebranding myself as a Pet Photographer. This means my focus will be photographing your pets. This has been my dream and I’m not chasing it anymore, I’m opening my arms and hugging it tightly with every ounce of my being. Part of my decision is that somewhere along the way, I stopped capturing memories in my own life and I have a big year ahead of me with so much to capture. I will be welcoming my first grandbaby in just a few months and planning my daughter’s 2027 wedding. I also work a full time job that keeps me busy long hours each and every week so the little time I have left, I want to do what makes my heart happy and that is spending time with my family and photographing animals.
